Wallace is a Partner of Resolute Consult. His credentials include over 10 years’ experience in providing audit and assurance services, technical accounting and IFRS training, financial advisory and due diligence services to clients in multiple industries across Africa.

Wallace was a Manager at PwC Ghana and his industry sector experience covers banking, insurance, investment companies including mutual funds, investment management/advisor companies, manufacturing industry, oil and gas, mining and telecommunication. He played active roles which include financial and business risk assessment, overall project planning, analytical procedures, regulatory compliance procedures, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) implementation training and focused review of business processes in top niche clients while working with PwC Ghana.He also has considerable international exposure working as a tax analyst with Her Majesty Revenue &Customs UK in critical roles including tax fraud investigations and tax regulatory compliance issues.

He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA- UK and ICA -Ghana) and holds an MBA in Finance & International Oil and Gas Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland UK. He graduated from the University of Ghana Business School with a BSc Business Administration (Accounting Option) degree.
